Angry!

Last weekend was a BORING one! Haiz~

Talking about the SingTel matter.
Ok... Here's the whole situation~

I went PC SHOW to sign up for my broadband as my contract just over, before I sign up I already told the sales person I WANT TO TOP UP $4 FOR THE WIRELESS.
And she just pass me a card, asking me to call the number from 12noon - 9pm after I have complete my application on-line.

But Yonghan saw it when the sales person fill in the application form for me on-line is indicated wireless but when I check my email is the different things.

I didn't call on the spot, I tot I can call any other day.
I forgot to call on Sunday, so I asked my brother to call the next day.
BUT THE PHONE IS INVALID!!!!

ASS!

So I asked my brother to call SingTel and he told my brother that they cannot change for us. I'm so angry!!!

The sales person didn't told me when is my last day I can call and only asked me to call within 12noon - 9pm.

I called again myself to confirm.
And the operator told me that Monday morning 8am is the last order, and if I want to upgrade mine to wireless I'm only given one choice, which is 1st yr $22plus and 2nd yr $44plus..
I tired to tell him the whole situation and I got nothing in return!

I'm at a lost and hangup the phone after that... (of cos not slunk the phone)

I called Yonghan for HELP!
He called once and told me that they told him mine is the wireless contract.. @@?
I don't know why he called the 2nd time and he told me the same thing what the person had told me previously..

The operator told him that he will contract the department in-charge and called us back within 4 working day..

And what?
They never get back to us...

We called back on the Saturday and the person-in-charge said that she had already submit the request.
and will get us back withing another 4 working day..

Not sure if this time they will call us back regarding about the update. =X haiz~
