Excel WorkShop for DMIT Freshmen 2008

Let me tell you why @@?
I received an email from Manager at Monday morning, as normal...
DT always do all the "Sai"
Was nominated to assist in the Excel Workshop as Instructors during the DMIT Freshmen Orientation Programme on Wednesday 9 April 2008 (1230 to 1530) TODAY!
The proposed programme for the Excel workshop at point number 4 was:
4.1 - No. of instructors needed: 17
4.2 - No. of DTs/TSOs available: 17
I tot I am only helping out in the lab...
BUT when we went for breifing the next day, we are going to TEACH, we are the INSTRUCTORS...
Oh man~ I'm going to teach, standing alone infront of so many student teaching EXCEL? @@!
but when I read back the proposed programme lists, I missed out point number 4.3:
4.3 - Managers to nominate the DTs/TSOs as INSTRUCTORS...
Actually I don't mind teaching la, BUT~!!!
I got one very BIG PROBLEM LA!!!
That is "I can't speak well" (-_-''') *Help~
Was spending the whole of Tuesday "So Serious" de read and do Excel tutorial lor~
Highlighting and underline all the important note and what am I supposed to say. =X
Sound so much like exam for Teaching~! (-_-''') Haiz*
Time arrived~
Wednesday 09 April 2008 - 1230pm!!!
I'm in the room setting up and preparing all the necessary slide.
At 1st we were told not to show them the website and teached them step by step.
Thanks to See Toh~ He doesn't want to stress and scared the student for the 1st lesson, so he talked to the Staff in-charge and allowed us to show them the website and asked them to try it out...
Of cause, I did teach, did communicate with the student. =)
Programme:
1230 - 1300 ---> Survey
1300 - 1345 ---> Lesson
1345 - 1400 ---> Toliet Break
1400 - 1415 ---> Finishing the last part
1415 - 1515 ---> Slack* opps~ No la, explore Excel themselves
I can't let them go early also.. No choice, stay in the lab.. =X
LolxXx.. I only take 1 hr to finish the Excel~ Or can say the class is SMART~
Almost everyone know excel except, some short-cut key, graph effect and some other function. =)
