NAFA Test...

was super super tired yesterdae... so din update, but still online to look for my short story... no choice, coz todae got to hand-in...

haf our NAFA test yesterdae... anan and ruby were with the guy group... whereas meiyun and mi wif 2 other ger in a group...

our 1st station was, sit-and-reach... so on and so on...
did manage to complete all the station...

wow.. when it come to 2.4km... 1st round already going cannot make it liao, becoz of all the 5 station plus our last station was shuttle-run... =X
still make it by running contiunously... yeah~ but last round, walk abit [ard 30 sec] den chiong all the way to the ending point...
my target was b4 15min, so i will get a 5 point... but i got 15.06 which i get a 4 point... shit~

i was totally no strength to stand or walk, coz the whether was SUPER HOT!!!... i sit down straight after my run, until this nice uncle and xiao mei mei pull mi up... =X

guess wat i got for my NAFA...

Hehe... was it a nice result? no!!! coz my standing broad jump i got a 3 point... =X... arh...
